Dragon's Breath Pass City

Dragon Breath Pass is located in a very isolated mountain, thousands of feet above sea level. The temperature in this location is so extreme that winter gear is needed to simply walk around. Snow covers the ground, coming up to above your ankles. This is a city where cabins are commonly seen, sprawled all round the place. There isn't any vegetation to be found. However, there are many recreational activities, many of which consist of snowboarding, skiing, hiking, etc.
